When I wrote it I was just thinking of chasing after words and imagined a child chasing the dandelion seeds to catch them and make a wish, with the same kind of desperation to catch, and disappointment at failure. But I love that you thought it further into words with wishes of their own and potential … that takes it one step further … hmm indeed 🙂
